At  Home Time Construction we understand the trauma involved when your property has been damaged by mother nature’s elements. We provide construction services while keeping in mind that this can often be an emotionally tense time for our customers and we try to make restoring your home’s original condition as comfortable and smooth as possible for you.
We have worked in some of the worst catastrophes that have occurred in recent past, including hurricane disasters in Florida, New Orleans and The Gulf Coast after hurricane Katrina devastated that area of our country. Those experiences have helped us understand and build working relationships with the insurance companies and their adjusters.
Home Time Construction does not work for any insurance company, nor do we have any direct relationship with any insurance company, it’s agents or adjusters, WE WORK ONLY FOR OUR CUSTOMERS!!!
Upon signing a “ Work Authorization” with Home Time Construction, we will do all necessary emergency services to protect your property against further damage. Then we will negotiate the “Scope of Work”, which is the critical part of the repair process. After receiving approval, we will repair your property back to it’s original condition or better!!!

- 24 hour emergency board up and clean up services
- Fire/Smoke, Water/Ice damage repairs
- Wind/Hail, Vandalism/Accident damage repairs
- Mold remediation and damage repairs
- Negotiate “Scope of Work” and settle claims with the insurance adjusters
