Masonry chimneys, porches and exterior walls are the areas that deteriorate in the elements quicker than expected,  Home Time Construction can provide masonry repair services which will correct these issues. Most damage is due to moisture being absorbed into the brick, block or cement and the freeze/thaw cycle of that moisture ( openings or cracks in masonry work are a good example of this cycle), which occurs naturally due to Michigan winters.
